At Audien Hearing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
